Cullen is a Founding Advisor and Research Affiliate at the Legal Priorities Project. Cullen’s research focuses on improving the governance of advanced artificial intelligence. Cullen currently works as a Research Scientist in Policy at OpenAI. Cullen is also a Research Affiliate at the Centre for the Governance of AI at Oxford University. Cullen holds a JD cum laude from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the State Bar of California.
