Daniel Bertram is currently studying for an MPhil in Law at the University of Oxford. His research investigates the promise and pitfalls of transnational litigation as a means of tackling increasingly diffuse and pervasive environmental harm in a nation-centred international system. Prior to coming to Oxford, Daniel received an LLB and a BSc from Tilburg University.
